Ralph Navarro specializes in representing and advising clients regarding acquisitions, leasing, construction, development, mortgage lending (permanent and construction), leasehold financing, workouts, and foreclosures.  Mr. Navarro’s clients are primarily national and foreign banks, and he also represents life insurance companies, real estate companies and other companies in real estate secured lending and the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate.  He has particular expertise in handling large-scale foreclosures and workouts.  Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Navarro was a partner at Coudert Brothers for 15 years.

Represented borrower in loan secured by co-generation plant with fee property, leasehold and sub-leasehold properties, stock pledges and inter-creditor agreements involving multi-national entities.
